Jason, Josh and Jesse Boyd, new owners of Roof Repairs Only

A big change has taken place from the top down at Roof Repairs Only. Jim Boyd had been looking to sell the business and or the buildings for about a year when his brother, Larry Parks, met Josh Boyd who was talking about finding a business to buy that he and his two brothers could run, one that was established and had a good reputation. Immediately Larry mentioned that his brother, Jim Parks, had a Roofing Repair business. Now, only six months later, Jason, Josh and Jesse Boyd are the owners of Roof Repairs Only.

Jim and Phyllis Parks had owned and operated Roof Repairs Only since 1992 (which was "Doctor Roof" in the beginning), built it with honest quotes and employees that love their job. In fact, even after the recent sale, they all have stayed on including David Martz who has been with the company some 30 years.

The Boyd brothers had a family ski business in seven states, which they sold five years ago. The brothers moved to Florida to get out of the cold and have been in Vero Beach nearly four years. Jesse is married to Jessica, Josh is married to Ashley and has two boys and a girl, Jason is unmarried. They are looking forward to working together to grow their new business and pleased the employees stayed to work with them.
