101 Dalmatians Gala Will Benefit EFMC

On April 23, you’ll be able to learn what’s black and white and “red” all over at the annual An Evening of Excellence/Bids for Kids to benefit the Education Foundation of Martin County (EFMC). The elegant gala fundraiser, which will be held at Mariner Sands Country Club, will give you 101 reasons to support the nonprofit that’s always there for Martin County’s teachers and students.

Start your fun-filled evening with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and be prepared to ooh and aah as stylish guests arrive in their suggested red, black and white attire. During the cocktail reception, participate in the silent portion of EFMC’s signature Bids for Kids auction, which typically consists of hundreds of must-have items including fishing charters, gift baskets, vacation getaways, spa treatments, golf packages, jewelry and artwork. While feasting on a surf-and-turf dinner or vegetarian entrée, get in the action as auctioneer KC Daniel cranks up the bidding during the live portion of Bids for Kids.

To round out the evening’s festivities, enjoy dancing to the sweet sounds of DJ Jammin Jim.  As always, the event raises funds to assist the Foundation with enriching and enhancing the quality of education in Martin County's public schools. It's a great time for a great cause. This year’s event, which is presented by Morganti, features a “101 Dalmatians” theme.
