DBPR announces 63 Quota Beverage Licenses for 2026
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (DBPR) Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco announced that entries are now being accepted for Florida’s 2026 Quota Beverage License Drawing Entry Period. This year, 63 licenses are available across 30 counties, providing potential licensees with an opportunity to be awarded a quota license to sell beer, wine, and spirits, with entries accepted through September 30, 2026.
