IKONICK USA to open Indiantown primer facility
IKONICK USA will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new primer manufacturing facility at 10 a.m. Fri., Sept. 25, 2026, at 18803 SW Farm Road in Indiantown. The event marks a significant economic development milestone for the community, with the company projecting about 300 new jobs across multiple shifts as operations expand.
Fort Pierce apartment complex sells for $4 million
A 34,000-square-foot apartment complex in Fort Pierce has sold for $4.015 million. Louisiana Apartments, at 3202 Louisiana Ave., includes 34 units in six concrete-block buildings on 1.64 acres, along with a vacant parcel. The complex was built in 1973 and 1977 and has 11 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom apartments.
Midas of Ft. Pierce, 2606 S. US Highway 1, donated a refurbished Nissan Sentra to Niesha Benjamin, a single mother of a toddler and caregiver for her mother, who is battling cancer. Vero Beach Museum of Art will host historian, author and artist Wayne Wood for Frank Lloyd Wright and His Influence on Florida Architecture at 3 p.m. Sat., Sept. 12, as part of the Florida Talks lecture series presented by Florida Humanities. The free public program is the second Florida Talks lecture hosted by the museum this summer and will explore Wright’s influence on Florida architecture, including the lesser-known connections between the architect’s work and the state’s architectural history.
