Fort Pierce apartment complex sells for $4 million

A 34,000-square-foot apartment complex in Fort Pierce has sold for $4.015 million. Louisiana Apartments, at 3202 Louisiana Ave., includes 34 units in six concrete-block buildings on 1.64 acres, along with a vacant parcel. The complex was built in 1973 and 1977 and has 11 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom apartments.
The property was more than 20% vacant at the time of the sale, according to Marcus & Millichap, the commercial real estate firm that represented the seller.
The complex is near downtown Fort Pierce, U.S. 1 and Interstate 95.
River Rhoads, Daniel Cunningham, Evan Richardson, Dillon Majeski and Cory Sanchez of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property for the seller.
