Marc Guy joins A-1 Global Holdings
Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Marcus “Marc” Guy as Director of Operations for A-1 Industries of Georgia, LLC. Guy brings more than 23 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, and product management.
Taylor Morrison plans to build two new residential communities in Port St. Lucie with more than 1,750 homes, including one centered around an 18-hole golf course.
Senior Resource Association said Cleveland Clinic committed $120,000 a year for five years, or $600,000 total, to support its Meals on Wheels program for older adults in Indian River County.

Martin County advances maternity center plan
The Martin County Board of County Commissioners voted May 19 to lease county-owned land on Southeast Tower Drive in Stuart for the proposed Treasure Coast Maternity Center, advancing plans to restore local maternity services after the 2025 closure of Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital’s labor and delivery unit.
A new Bank of America Better Money Habits study finds Gen Z adults are less likely to rely on family for financial help, even as 42% say they are living paycheck to paycheck. Thirty-four percent of Gen Z respondents said they receive financial help from parents or other family members, down from 46% in 2024.
