ST. LUCIE COUNTY – Coldwell Banker Paradise has announced that Daniel Ochse has officially joined the organization as a Luxury Residential, Commercial & Agricultural Real Estate Advisor.

In 1996, Ochse left a successful agricultural career in the wine and dairy industries in South Africa and moved to California to continue his career in dairy and agriculture. He met Natalie, a local native and member of the highly respected Ben Hill Griffin Florida Citrus family, and later moved to her St. Lucie hometown in 1999. His extensive international experience in agriculture makes Ochse uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers in Florida.

In 2005, Ochse accepted a position as managing broker of one of the most successful high-end luxury real estate firms on Vero Beach Island, where he managed the company’s operations before opening his own firm. Ochse decided to join Coldwell Banker Paradise because of the reputation of the broker-owners, Steven Schlitt and Linda Schlitt-Gonzalez, and because of the national dominance of both Coldwell Banker Previews in the U.S. luxury market and the great success of Coldwell Banker Commercial as one of the leading companies in the commercial real estate industry.

Ochse’s accreditations include: ABR; SFR; TRC and AHWD, all advance designations that lend his expertise in representing both buyers and sellers. Whether it’s a luxury home on the island, or a 1,000-acre tract of land west of town, Ochse’s attitude is paramount to providing personal service that always exceeds his client’s expectations.

In his free time, Ochse enjoys fishing and hunting with his 16-year old son who is a top-competitive swimmer at IRSC and Lincoln Park Academy. He and his wife Natalie also volunteer in local community events.
