The Source names new Director of Operations

The Source's new Director of Operations, Jade Alexander

Jade Alexander has been promoted to Director of Operations at the main Commerce Avenue campus, in charge of overseeing the day-to-day activities of The Source, their staff, and clients, as well as maintaining and expanding the organization’s policies and procedures.

Ms. Alexander originally came to The Source in March of 2021 as their Employment Specialist. During that period, she became intertwined in all programs and services held on a daily basis at the main campus and creating and expanding new programs, as well as being a major support person for many of the members she assists regularly.

“It was inevitable that Jade would eventually fill other significant roles within our operation” shares Anthony Zorbaugh, Executive Director of The Source. “She has become the ‘go-to” person on campus. Everyone holds her in great esteem. Her ability to interface with a myriad of people and have her understanding and compassion for others has made her a huge asset to our organization.”
