Fort Pierce City Commission Seeks Youth Advisory Committee Members

The Fort Pierce City Commission is seeking new members for the Fort Pierce Youth Council (YOCO).   YOCO is a City Commission-appointed committee that advises and makes recommendations to the City Commission regarding special interests, policies, and strategies pertaining to youth-related issues in the City of Fort Pierce.

The Committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 4 p.m. To be considered for membership, an applicant must be a city resident and be in grades nine through 12 (or will be when school starts in August of the current year), attend high school within the City, or attend Fort Pierce Westwood.   Any qualified individuals are encouraged to submit an application no later than June 22, 2023.
