FT. PIERCE –Real Estate Agent Ethan McAuliffe has joined Coldwell Banker Paradise. Ethan McAuliffe has lived on Florida’s Treasure Coast for 18 years, and is originally from Trumbull, CT. He loves the beautiful weather, access to the ocean and reasonable cost of living that the Treasure Coast has to offer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Services from Indian River State College.

Ethan served for nine years as a firefighter paradmedic. Prior to that, he worked as a USCG license ship officer on several different type of ships. He holds a USCG Chief Mate Unlimited license and a 1600 ton Master’s License. He is single with a five-year-old son. He enjoys running, reading and traveling. He recently finished in the 2015 Fort Lauderdale Marathon and looks forward to training for future races.

He chose to enter the profession of real estate for the flexible work schedule, unlimited earning potential, autonomy and pride of ownership that comes with the Real Estate profession. He believes that his life experiences will be very beneficial with regard to helping others to either sell their home or realize their dream of home ownership. He has personal experience in buying, selling, managing and financing real estate and has learned from all types of experiences. He looks forward to passing such knowledge on to his clients and customers.

SOUTH HUTCHINSON ISLAND –Real Estate Agents Mary Jo Rushing and Nathan Glenn have joined Coldwell Banker Paradise.

Mary Jo Rushing has lived in South Florida for 39 years. She loves the climate, opportunities and people. She was a former mortgage broker for 28 years. She also professionally staged homes and has been a licensed real estate agent for eight years. Mary Jo managed a division for D.R. Horton for six and a half years and was a top producing mortgage broker. She carried over 200 loans in her personal pipeline.

Nathan “Nate” Glenn has been a real estate agent in Michigan since the mid 70’s and a broker for over 20 years. As a seasonal resident of Hutchinson Island for four years, he made the permanent move to paradise and Coldwell Banker Paradise was a natural fit. Over the years, Nathan has specialized in selling single family homes, farms and commercial real estate. Nathan has also owned and operated a successful seed production company since 1981 with over 12,000 acres of hybrid seed production, which he is handing over to his two adult daughters.

Mary Jo has worked for Coldwell Banker in the past and finds the support fantastic. “I am looking forward to working for the South Hutchinson Island Manager, Brian Lemen,” she said. In addition to selling real estate, Mary Jo is a gourmet cook. She enjoys yoga and going to the gym.

Nathan has traveled the world, going on green safaris in Africa, Argentina and Mexico. He has a BS degree in Agriculture and Geography with a minor in Aviation. Nathan chose to work for Coldwell Banker Paradise because of the professionalism, world contacts, and training.
