Vero Beach Museum of Art Director/CEO
Dr. Lucinda H. Gedeon to retire
VERO BEACH – After twelve years of steering the Vero Beach Museum of Art through many positive changes, Director/CEO Dr. Lucinda H. Gedeon has announced plans to retire on November 1, 2016. However, Gedeon has agreed to stay on in her current role for as long as it takes for a successor to be appointed.
“It’s been a pleasure and an honor to lead this wonderful institution,” notes Gedeon, but “change is not only good it’s essential for an organization. I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my tenure here and have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with an incredible board, staff, faculty, and dedicated volunteers and our many generous members and supporters. With an upward trajectory over the past twelve years, I feel confident that the foundation for the future of the Museum is firmly in place.”
