A-1 names Terri McGalliard CFO
Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings Inc. announced that Terri McGalliard has been named vice president and chief financial officer. McGalliard brings more than 30 years of executive finance leadership experience to A-1, where she will help guide the company’s financial strategy, strengthen operational performance and support continued growth. Her experience includes leading finance organizations through acquisitions, business transformations, strategic planning, systems implementations and organizational restructurings.

Beck, president of A-1 Global Holdings. “Her ability to build strong teams, improve financial visibility and partner across an organization will be valuable as we continue positioning A-1 for sustainable growth.”
In her role, McGalliard will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax and treasury functions. She also will work with leaders across the organization to enhance financial visibility, operational discipline and strategic decision-making.
Before joining A-1, McGalliard served as chief financial officer of Sounds True Inc. She previously held leadership roles as vice president of tax at ION Media Networks, controller and vice president of tax at American Media, and chief financial officer at StarCapital Corp. She began her career with Ernst & Young and holds a Master of Science in taxation from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Florida State University.
