Florida Faith Alliance takes a stand against child sex trafficking

Florida Faith Alliance was formed to 2022 under the 501c2 umbrella of Visionary Centers International, to fight child sex trafficking by founder and CEO Lynne Barletta, who is also the founder of Visionary School of Arts. Lynne has been working to stop Human Trafficking for 10 years.

“The Pandemic caused a 98% increase in online child sexual exploitation according to the Justice Department in countries like India and America. This has sharply increased demand for children, and America is the biggest buyer of sex in the world! I chose to start a new organization that would go state-wide and even nation-wide to stop this travesty. Awakening the sleeping giant of the church with prayer and awareness has been the first step in a tactical plan to work with schools, law enforcement and government agencies. It will take all of us together for a grass roots movement to start, and we are beginning to see it happen!”

The Big Splash was the first inaugural event held in downtown Ft Pierce at the historical 500 Orange building. Special guest speaker and author Christine McDonald was a survivor of child trafficking. Christine rocked a sell-out crowd with her story and awareness of this growing crime in Florida, which is the third largest hub of human trafficking in the nation, behind California and Texas. The Big Splash was attended by local law enforcement, pastors, child service providers, and special guest speaker Florida House Representative Toby Overdorf. The silent auction items included artists Dan Mackin, Jerry Kollig and Lynne Barletta.
