The Treasure Coast Builders Association Charitable Fund, Inc. announced the hiring of Jennifer Williams as the new Director of Workforce Development. This strategic hire takes the workforce development to a new level. Treasure Coast Builders Association Charitable Fund, Inc. is dedicated to bridging the gap between employers and potential employees and highlights its continued commitment to fostering a skilled workforce in the construction trades across the Treasure Coast.
With Williams at the helm of workforce development initiatives, workforce development is poised to strengthen its impact on the local workforce. The organization will continue its flagship Career in Construction Treasure Coast events, previously known as Skilled Trades Bootcamps, which have introduced many young adults to rewarding career pathways in construction. Additionally, Treasure Coast Builders Association Charitable Fund, Inc. will expand its offerings, bringing engaging one-day career events directly into area schools to inspire young adults to explore career options in the skilled trades.
Williams brings a wealth of experience in workforce development, as well as a proven passion for creating meaningful connections between job seekers and industry leaders. Her role will focus on enhancing partnerships with local businesses, educators, and community stakeholders to ensure a robust talent pipeline for the construction industry in the Treasure Coast region.
