St. Lucie Habitat Loves Sunshine Laundry

St. Lucie Habitat owes a huge debt of gratitude to Tom Rhodes, the dedicated owner of Sunshine Laundry Centers, for his exceptional contributions to our community.

Rhodes initiated the Community Washer & Dryer program in 2016, a wonderful initiative where 25% of the revenue from a designated washer and dryer is donated to a local organization each quarter. We are thrilled that this November, we have the opportunity to shine a light on Tom’s support for St. Lucie Habitat for Humanity, returning to where it all began.

Due to the remarkable efforts of Tom Rhodes and his business, Sunshine Laundry Centers, they have reached a major milestone in the third quarter of 2023, having contributed a total of $100,000 since the inception of their program. This achievement speaks volumes about the power of collective giving and the positive impact it can have on our community. Tom and Sunshine Laundry Centers were there with us from the very beginning in 2016, providing steadfast support as our very first partner organization.

St. Lucie Habitat expresses heartfelt gratitude to Tom Rhodes for his extraordinary contributions and for embodying love and service within our community. Through his partnership with St. Lucie Habitat for Humanity and other non-profit organizations, he has truly made a difference in the lives of many. Tom’s unwavering dedication and commitment to community involvement and philanthropy serve as an inspiring example to all and as an outstanding role model of compassion and generosity.

It’s wonderful to see individuals like Tom Rhodes and businesses like his making such a positive impact in the community through their involvement with organizations like St. Lucie Habitat for Humanity.
