Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club names Rick Falero as General Manager/COO
Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club announced the appointment of Rick Falero, CCM, as its Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. Rick brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the private club industry, having served in senior roles at some of South Florida’s most respected clubs, including The Club at Admirals Cove, Sailfish Point, and most recently as General Manager/COO of Tesoro Club, where he successfully led the revitalization and full reopening of the property.
Throughout his career, Rick has overseen multi-facility operations including golf, marina, food & beverage, fitness, spa, racquets, and clubhouse amenities, while guiding major capital improvements and building strong service-driven teams.
Rick is a Certified Club Manager (CCM) and a graduate of Florida International University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program. He is passionate about creating exceptional member experiences and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
