MO-Sauce available locally and worldwide to benefit The Source

If your taste buds are screaming for something sweet and spicy…look no further than the locally made MO Sauce. Not only delicious, the sauce is award-winning, thanks to the culinary team and creative staff of the Vero Beach non-profit The Source that works tirelessly to end homelessness in Indian River County. While it has been on the market since the summer of 2024, it had only been sold by The Source along with some nearby local food establishments, and since then several others have added it on to their menu.  The Source has also introduced the product far and wide via Amazon with 100 % of the money earned from the sales going directly back into the programs and services they offer to the needy in Indian River County.

The sauce was named after Maureen “MO” Archer, the Assistant Executive Director of The Source following her passing in 2022, and later brought the Source great triumphs at local food competitions winning first place awards and fan favorite awards for their wings made with MO Sauce. It was that success that spurred The Source team to bottle it for sale to the community at large to enjoy. And due to its popularity here in Indian River County, The Source made it their mission to go ahead and get it on Amazon for everyone to enjoy. On Amazon it is packaged as a three pack for a total of $34 plus shipping can be found on this link to Amazon:  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DQQ9WWJN

Development Director Jonathan Orozco invites everyone to give it a try and when they do to add their honest review to the Amazon site. “We might say, it’s a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, but the bottom line is that MO Sauce is made with every bit of love.”

The colorful 10-ounce bottle features Maureen’s smiling face. The food chart states that one tablespoon is 14 calories, 0.03g fat, 49g sodium, 3.42 g carbs and 0.16 g protein. The Amazon product description states: “MO Sauce is a unique, handcrafted sauce borne from passion and perfected in the catering kitchen of The Source. Whether you’re looking for a dipping sauce, a marinade or the perfect finishing touch, MO Sauce delivers a rich and unforgettable taste.”

New sales sites have been added including Waldo’s on Ocean Drive and Johnny D’s Market & Bistro, at 1409 A1A on Vero’s Barrier Island. Mo Sauce is also available at Adam’s Ranch at 25001 Orange Avenue as well as at Best Choice Meats located at 11950 Orange Avenue, both in Fort Pierce. Every purchase helps create meaningful opportunities for our neighbors through job training programs while helping to provide dignity, hope and a path forward through hands-on training and support.
