Hallelujah Girls raise the roof at Treasure Coast Theatre
From the comedy team that brought us this season’s touching comedy, The Wild Women of Winedale, comes this hilarious story about a group of spirited female friends in the small town of Eden Falls, Georgia.
After the death of a dear friend, a group of women decide to shake up their lives, beginning with Sugar Lee, who buys an abandoned church and turns it into a day spa. As the women meet every Friday at the spa, their lives take unexpected twists and turns, including the appearances of an unexpected ex-boyfriend, an unlikely marriage proposal, and a determined rival threatening their beloved spa. Amidst the laughter and joy, this rollicking Southern comedy captures the women’s journey overcoming obstacles, forging new paths, and celebrating the bonds of friendship.
The comedy will take the stage for three weekends November 8-24, 2024.
