Fort Pierce Façade Grant Program reopens
The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency has reopened its Commercial Façade Grant Program, offering businesses and property owners a new round of funding to upgrade storefronts, improve curb appeal and support redevelopment across the FPRA District. The program provides matching reimbursement grants covering up to 50% of eligible project costs, with awards of as much as $25,000 per property.
Applications will be accepted now through July 20, 2026.
To qualify, properties must be commercially zoned and located within the FPRA District.
Eligible improvements include:
- Façade restoration and exterior renovations
- Updated siding and stucco
- Windows and doors
- Exterior ADA accessibility improvements
- Signage and other approved exterior enhancements
The Commercial Façade Grant Program is part of the agency’s broader strategy to encourage private investment, strengthen commercial corridors, enhance property appearance and support economic development throughout the redevelopment area.
