City of Fort Pierce announces small business and public service agency grant opportunities
The City of Fort Pierce is pleased to announce the upcoming application period for the 2024-2025 Small Business and Public Service Agency Grants. These grant opportunities will be available for review during a 30-day public notice period from Nov. 26, 2024, through Dec. 25, 2024. Program applications will officially open on Dec. 26, 2024.
As an entitlement city, Fort Pierce receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds support economic development, housing, and community initiatives that benefit low- to moderate-income residents.
The 2024-2025 program year will provide grant funding to eligible small businesses and public service agencies on a first-eligible, first-served basis.
Mandatory Orientation Sessions
All applicants are required to attend one of the following orientation sessions:
- December 12, 2024 (Virtual): 5:30 PM
- December 19, 2024 (In-Person): 5:30 PM at The River Walk Center, 600 N Indian River Dr, Fort Pierce, FL 34950
