Local arts agency prepares to
host arts & mindfulness festival

St. Lucie Cultural Alliance has launched many programs, activities, and events that add to local quality of life, including the one of its kind, Treasure Coast Arts & Mindfulness Fest. For the 2nd annual, vendors, artists, mindfulness instructors, art lovers, and zen passionate individuals are invited to make more impact and be involved in decision-making by joining its planning committees.

The first committee meeting is on Wednesday, August 25, 5:30 PM at the Alliance Gallery, 3rd floor at 111 Orange Ave in Fort Pierce.

“The work we do in the arts community is for the community. Therefore, we find it necessary to have a diverse committee representing the different perspectives in the Treasure Coast. So we are opening the door to artists, vendors, event-goers, and the general public to be our community’s voice and sit at our decision-making table.” said Alyona Ushe, St. Lucie Cultural Alliance Executive Director.

The first annual Treasure Coast Arts & Mindfulness Fest, presented by St. Lucie Cultural Alliance and MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Event Center, received lots of press and saw great success for everyone involved, especially participating vendors. The event merchants seem to be pleased with the outcomes of their involvement in the festival, as seen in this video titled Treasure Coast Arts & Mindfulness Fest - The Vendor Experience.
