Palm City welcomes Fantini’s Fusion Kitchen
Fantini’s Fusion Kitchen, located at 3208 SW Martin Downs Blvd. in Palm City, is introducing a metropolitan-inspired dining experience built around global flavors, polished service and a design-forward setting.
The restaurant is the newest concept from Fantini Hospitality Group, led by restaurateur Jimmy Fantin, owner of Fantini’s Italian Restaurant. Known for authentic New Haven-style pizza and classic Italian fare, Fantin is expanding his culinary vision with a globally inspired menu and an elevated dining atmosphere.

The restaurant’s interior features warm tones, deep browns and gold accents designed to create an intimate, upscale environment. Influenced by Art Deco styling and the energy of Manhattan and Miami, the space combines architectural detail with contemporary refinement. Guests can expect attentive service and a hospitality experience centered on precision and detail.
The menu is led by Fantini Hospitality Group Executive Chef Sean Camillo and brings together a range of global influences. Offerings include Asian-inspired flavors, Mediterranean elements, dry-aged tomahawk steak and Italian staples, including fresh-made pasta. The beverage program includes an extensive wine list, classic cocktails and a signature lineup of premium cocktails presented with elevated flair.
Fantini’s Fusion Kitchen also will offer happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and “Sunday Gravy with Sinatra” from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. During opening weekend, DJ Dragonfly will perform from 7 p.m. to close Friday through Sunday. Ongoing entertainment will include live jazz on Wednesdays and DJ Dragonfly on Thursday and Saturday nights.
