U.S. Century Bank expands and welcomes Shapiro
U.S. Century Bank has named Adam Shapiro Vice President, Association Banking Business Development Officer, as part of its continued expansion across South Florida’s condominium and homeowner association (HOA) markets. Shapiro will lead business development efforts in the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast regions, delivering tailored banking solutions to association boards, property managers and community leaders.
He brings more than 20 years of business development experience, with a strong background in association banking, market expansion and client acquisition. Most recently, Shapiro served as Vice President and Association Banking Relationship Manager at City National Bank of Florida, where he helped launch the bank’s Association Banking division in new markets and built client portfolios from the ground up.

Before joining City National Bank of Florida, Shapiro held leadership and business development roles at BB&T (now Truist), GardaWorld, AlliedBarton and Cintas.
