ST. LUCIE COUNTY – On April 23, 2019, a St. Lucie County School District Referendum Election will be held. The last day to register to vote in this election is Monday, March 25th. This will be the first countywide all-mail ballot election which means that every registered voter in St. Lucie County will receive a ballot during the first week of April. All ballots must be received no later than 7:00 pm on April 23rd. “Due to the short timeframe for return of the ballot in this election, I recommend that voters mail their ballots at least four days prior to the election or drop their ballots off to one of our office locations. In addition, sample ballots will be made available on our website and all office locations in English and Spanish”, stated Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker.
