VERO BEACH — The community is invited to be a part of history for the official Vero Beach Centennial Banner unveiling that will be revealed and hung over 14th Avenue by the Heritage Center in historic downtown Vero Beach on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 10:00 a.m.

Sponsored by Publix Supermarkets and created by Image 360 Vero Beach, the banner will hang for a year, through the final Centennial Celebrations to be staged in downtown on Oct. 26, 2019.

Presiding over this momentous event will be the co-chairs of the Centennial, City Clerk Tammy Bursick and City Councilman Tony Young. They recommend that people arrive early to find adequate parking and a spot to watch the proceedings. Part of 14th Avenue will be closed to vehicles for the event.

Please visit the Centennial website regularly for times, locations and details on all upcoming activities. Event times, dates, locations and descriptions are subject to change.
