STUART — Three local real estate firms are uniting under the name Water Pointe Realty Group. The Q1 announcement comes from the six principal owners of Willoughby Realty, IRP Realty, and Water Pointe Realty’s Stuart and Jupiter offices: Dave Derrenbacker, Debra Duvall, Mark Eble, Chris Clifford, Bill Dean, and Steve Osburn.

The new Water Pointe Realty Group leadership team made the decision to join forces after years of working together and realizing the potential strength and diversity of operating as one unit. “I have known and respected each of the new principals for more than 25 years,” said Debra Duvall of Water Pointe Realty Group. “We are aligned in our values and commitment to the community – and together, we will create a firm that offers unparalleled industry experience, superior customer service, and valuable resources to our clients and agents.”

This venture positions the new Water Pointe Realty Group as one of the area’s largest independent firms with nearly 70 agents across five office locations that will serve Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties: Sewall’s Point, Stuart/Willoughby Golf Club, Stuart/Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, and Jupiter/Tequesta.

It also brings new and expanded services, as well as additional opportunities for its agents and employees. Services under the new Water Pointe Realty Group include residential and commercial real estate transactions, residential long-term and short-term leasing, vacation rentals, property management, and concierge client support.

“It’s a rare and exciting opportunity when three local, time-tested real estate firms can come together like we have,” said Steve Osburn of IRP Realty. Chris Clifford of Willoughby Realty said, “This venture combines some of the area’s top-producing, experienced, and locally involved Realtors under one flag – and I’m excited about what that means for our clients, agents and employees.”
