Coldwell Banker Paradise has announced that Patricia Cappello is the new director of sales training

Cappello has sold millions of dollars worth of real estate on the mainland and beachside of Vero Beach since 2004. She recruited a group of real estate professionals into a Buyer’s Agent team, specializing in extraordinary customer service for FHA, VA and discriminating second home buyers. A consistent top producer, Cappello chose to enter management to train real estate agents in income producing techniques and to recruit professionals interested in becoming top real estate agents.

As a volunteer for numerous community events in Vero Beach, Cappello is involved in the Taste of Vero, Hibiscus Festival, Harvest Festival, Relay for Life and May Pops. She has also served as a Guardian ad Litem in Indian River County.

Cappello says she is delighted to be home in Vero Beach and rejoin her real estate “family” at Coldwell Banker Paradise. The goal of the Coldwell Banker Paradise Success Center is to provide the best agent experience, with daily training, non-competing managers, and services to agents at no cost to the agents.

She will coordinate and oversee the most comprehensive, hands-on educational program on the Treasure Coast for newly licensed agents, those seeking a return to Real Estate, and agents that wish to grow their income and work in a professional environment. “Coldwell Banker Paradise has the most educated, loyal and client committed agents on the Space Coast and Treasure Coast,” Cappello said. “I am pleased to work with a family run, local business with a global vision and sales success.”

Cappello can be reached at 772-559-3412.
