Scott has more than 15 years combined legal experience and leadership skills in advocating for the legal concerns for clients in criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death and family law matters.

Goldstein. Mrs. Scott was responsible for a $17.5 million jury award, one of the largest jury verdicts in Broward County history. The case was featured on Court T.V. She successfully tried and won several multi-million dollar court cases including an $18.9 million award in the drowning of a five-year-old child.
The local non-profit community is very important to Scott, who has served on the board of the Treasure Coast Children’s Museum, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Martin County as well as the Soroptimist Club of Stuart. She is currently a member of the Jensen Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Stuart Martin County Chamber of Commerce, East Stuart Main Street, Jensen Beach Elementary PTA and their School Advisory Committee.
Scott is a Graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Scott is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Martin County Bar Association. She is married to Greg Scott and they have three daughters.
