STUART- Mariner Sands Country Club Approves New $4.6 Million Casual Dining, Pool, and Tennis Improvement Plan

Bill Ward, General Manager and Chief Operation Officer of Mariner Sands Country Club, is pleased to announce the private club’s membership’s approval to move forward on a new $4.6 million Casual Dining, Pool, and Tennis Improvement Plan.

“This project represents a critical component of the club’s overall long range strategic plan,” Ward said. “We feel it is not only vital for our current residents’ use and enjoyment, but is also an important lifestyle amenity for future home buyers.”

The cornerstone of the project will feature a new 5,200 square foot open-air casual dining bar and grill with indoor and outdoor dining opportunities for approximately 120 people (60 indoor and 60 outdoor). The new beautifully landscaped 6,000 square foot free-form pool will feature a zero depth entry point for ease of access and will accommodate both general recreation and aquatic exercise.

In addition to the new casual dining area and pool, the project also includes the construction of a new tennis shop, relocating and constructing two new tennis courts, two new pickleball courts, a new maintenance building, and additional golf cart parking.
