JENSEN BEACH — RUSH Jensen Beach is teaming up with St. Lucie County’s Reading Council to celebrate the success of the Young Authors in our community. RUSH is providing 150 certificates for the organization to distribute to the Young Authors.

The Young Author Program encourages creativity and provides support to school-specific writing initiatives, schools may come up with their own rubric for how they will determine the top authors. SLCRC only requires that books be original text and artwork. Writing can be fiction or non-fiction: a picture book, a report, poetry, a short story… the sky’s the limit! The Young Authors will be recognized at Oak Hammock school on May 19th.

Multiple submissions are made by each of the public schools, with a maximum of (7) from the K-8 schools. In May, the Young Authors will be recognized and rewarded for their hard work and success.

RUSH Jensen Beach is new to the area but has already made a major impact with their support and generosity of local organizations and non-profits. RUSH has teamed up with Boys & Girls Clubs, Treasure Coast YMCA, Operation 300, SL Reading Council and many others. They have supported the iHeart Easter Egg Hunt, SLC Safety Fest and the BGC Seafood Festival.

“We moved to the Treasure Coast to be part of the community,” stated Carmen Luca, owner. “We enjoy giving back and helping our community.”

RUSH has become a destination for local families offering non-stop action with dozens of trampolines, a laser maze, zip line, trapeze, battle beam, kids court, airbag pit, wipe out, café, party rooms, meeting rooms, summer camp and more.

If you don’t come to jump at the park, you will never feel the RUSH. For more information please visit rushjensenbeach.com or call 772-934-6693.
